Upon accepting your quote, you will receive an invoice via email in the same manner the quote was delivered. The Invoice will have a "PAY NOW" button Highlight the payment amount and enter your intended value.

We do not accept or consider refunds or reschedules or declining of service under any circumstance

PAYMENT SCHEDULE 

ONE TIME CLEAN UP's must pay a 50% deposit at booking.  The Remainder is due BEFORE our crew departs your property on the day of service.

LEAF PROGRAMS must be paid in full by 10/31/23 to be considered for the program

SCHEDULE:

Once the project deposit is satisfied our Accounts Management Team will schedule your clean up.   The scheduled  date of arrival will be on the invoice, and a link to our LIVE UPDATED man schedule will also be provided now.

COMMUNICATION:

  Upon accepting our quote and paying our deposit we will provide you with the cell phone of your foreman for quick easy text messaging & phone calls        We also encourage emails to Office@knklux.com

WOODED AREAS & INACCESSIBLE LAWN AREAS:

Our fall clean up service cleans landscaped and grassed areas. Wooded areas are NOT part of the service. Additionally when wooded areas are present our crews are trained to blow into them and push the "leaf line" 5' - 8' into the woods without making piles. If we intend on full removal it will be specifically noted on the invoice.
